Ms. Costabile brings a strong background in elementary education and instructional leadership, having served as a fifth-grade teacher and team lead at Rodriguez Elementary in San Marcos CISD and previously as a fourth-grade teacher at Acton Elementary in Granbury ISD. Most recently, she served as Assistant Principal at Goodnight Middle School in San Marcos CISD.

Throughout her career, Ms. Costabile has been dedicated to supporting student success, developing teachers and building strong relationships with students, staff and families.
